No daily housekeeping — linens and towels are provided, and we'll have it spotless before you arrive. Booking this condo does not include access to the full resort. You will NOT have access to: the resort golf courses, the hotel pools, hotel amenities, resort marina, or the Yacht Club. You WILL have access to: the condo, The Waters community pool (not heated) and hot tub, the lakeside grill, the Waterfront Bar & Grill, Lake LBJ, the hotel restaurant and the Horseshoe Bay community. Traveling with a resort member or someone staying at the hotel? Your party may be able to use additional amenities under their membership or guest status — that access is tied to them, not to this unit. Not sure about a specific amenity? Message us before booking and we'll clarify. A few other things: This is a quiet residential community — no parties or events, and quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM out of respect for full-time neighbors. No pets; no smoking or vaping anywhere in the unit. Check-in is self-service via smart lock (details sent before arrival), and there's elevator access in the building. An exterior noise-monitoring device measures sound levels only to protect neighbors — no interior cameras, no audio recording. There's no daily housekeeping; linens and towels are provided. A car is recommended for exploring Marble Falls, area wineries, and the wider Hill Country.
